1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DubplateMixer ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

DubplateMixer provides automated audio mastering services specifically designed for reggae, dancehall, and sound system music. Users can upload audio files, select processing presets, and receive mastered audio files.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Credits and Payments

Credit System: Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Each credit allows you to process one audio track.

Purchases: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or as described in our refund policy.

Credit Expiration: Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.

Failed Processing: If processing fails due to a technical error on our end, your credit will be automatically refunded to your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload content that you do not own or have rights to process
Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the audio files you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your files solely to provide the Service.

Our Service: DubplateMixer, including its algorithms, interface, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of our Service.

7. File Storage and Retention

Uploaded and processed files are stored for 14 days after processing, after which they are automatically deleted.

We recommend downloading your mastered files promptly. We are not responsible for files that are not downloaded before deletion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. AUDIO PROCESSING RESULTS MAY VARY BASED ON INPUT QUALITY AND CONTENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DUBPLATEMIXER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any unused credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
